Description
This small batch of cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc from Upper Hemel-en-Aarde Valley vineyards combines tropical, saline and mineral notes giving a true sense of place. Intense passionfruit and yellow Cape gooseberry notes are derived from riper grapes exposed to late afternoon sun, while more shady vineyard rows produce berries with flinty aromas and hints of bell peppers.
